Visitation Ministry:

Purpose and Vision:

A ray of sunshine is wonderful to see when the clouds get thick or the rain is falling. The mission and vision of the Visitation Ministry is to reach out to those who would like some light to shine in where the darkness and rain of poor health, injury or bereavement have otherwise been the experience.

What to expect:

1. The ministry is available to visit those within the church who are in-patients in hospitals. We visit, and/or send flowers or a gift to show we care.

2. The ministry seeks to bring comfort and spiritual uplift to those to those within the church who are in local nursing homes. Sometimes these folks just like to see a friendly face. Most times is a great encouragement; other times we sing a favorite hymn or share a Bible verse. They often need someone to let them know that they are remembered, valued and cared for.

3. We have an ongoing list of those who have serious or long-term care. We like to visit or call on a regular basis based on needs.

Our prayer team prays for all of these individuals.

Please let Pastor Gary know (by filling out the form below) if you know of anyone in need of a visit.
